Hello my name is Ginny.

I'm guessing you've found your way here because something in your life doesn't feel quite right; or perhaps there's something you’re hoping to change, and you're looking for the right support to help guide that process.


Welcome to my space and to the beginning of your journey.  I would like to reassure you that you don’t have to go through this journey alone.


Real healing happens in real relationships and I am here to offer my skills to enable you to experience this within therapy.  Therapy isn’t about advice, it is about being truly seen, heard and understood whilst we seek the path to true understanding of ourselves.

About me

I am a trauma informed therapist with over 30 years of experience of supporting people to move through difficult times in their lives.  


​I have worked within the voluntary sector, Social Services, Education and have also trained as a yoga teacher and complementary therapist.  My approach is somatic, meaning I work with both your mind and body. I believe our bodies hold valuable insights, but in the rush of life and the weight of past experiences, we often stop listening to them.


​As a therapist I am here to act as your personal sat-nav to guide you upon your therapeutic journey.  Helping you to make sense of the jigsaw pieces of your life and then slotting them back into place so that you can move forward from a new place of safety and understanding.
